Description

DESC: T -- TRADOC Acquisition Center intends to issue solicitation DABT60-01-R-0003 for TRAINING SUPPORT CENTER (TSC) Services at Fort Benning, GA. Services will include: TSC Operation and Supervision, TSC Logistics Support Services, Graphics Services, Devices Services, Photographic Services, Television, Video, Audio and Multimedia Production and Services, Presentation Support Services, and Videoteleconferencing Services. The acquisition is completed under the A-76 process governed by OMB Circular A-76. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 512110 with a size standard of $21.5 million. The apparent successful offeror will compete with the Government In-House Most Efficient Organization (MEO). If a decision is made to contract for the services a 90-day Phase-In (after Notice to Proceed) is contemplated. Contract will be a Cost Plus Award Fee for a 12-month Base Period and four (4) 12-month Option Periods. The competitive range may be limited for efficiency purposes in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. Oral presentations will be required of all offerors. The solicitation and all amendments will be issued via the TRADOC Acquisition Center (TAC) web page (www.tac.eustis.army.mil) under the heading of Solicitations/Fort Benning -NO PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION OR ANY AMENDMENTS WILL BE PRINTED, MAILED OR PROVIDED. Announcement of amendments will not be made, vendors are cautioned to periodically check the TAC web page for new amendments. The solicitation will be posted on or about 30 MAY 2001 with a closing date established for 16 JULY 2001. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled and none can be provided. A Site Visit will be conducted. Vendors are encouraged to attend the site visit for networking and subcontracting opportunities. This is the only site visit that will be conducted. Date, time and directions will be contained in SECTION L of the solicitation. All questions, comments, and concerns surrounding the site visit, solicitation, Performance Work Statements, etc. shall be directed, IN WRITING, to Sandi Harris, ATTN: ATAC, Bldg. 2798, Fort Eustis, VA 23604-4005 ext. 270.
