The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western-Pacific Region, under the FAA Acquistion Management System, hereby annouces its intention to contract for the modification of an existing Air Conditioning System at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Air Traffic Control Tower. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, equipment and supervision required to accomplish the work as specified. All work shall be in strict accordance with the statement of work, specifications, drawings and applicable clauses provided. Services are required from March 16, 1998 through June 5, 1998. The estimated dollar range for this procurement is between $100,000 to $250,000. It is anticipated that Request for Offer DTFA08-98-R-04601 will be issued on 01/30/98. Responses will be due 02/17/98. The FAA has a list of sources that it intends to solicit for responses to this requirement. In addition to those sources, the FAA will provide solicitation packages to the first ten (10) written requests responding to this annoucement, on a "first come, first served" basis only.
