- SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a Request for Information (RFI) from interested sources and response to this RFI is voluntary and at the contractor?s expense. This RFI is part of a market research effort to obtain information on commercially available products to furnish and apply protective roof coating, color red, Sarnafil PVC .060 mil or equivalent product on a 24?W x 60?L portable modular building at Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Camp Pendleton, CA. This sources sought synopsis does not constitute an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Industry responses to this RFI may determine the Government?s acquisition strategy. Responses shall explain in detail: (1) the contractor?s product equivalent and provide descriptive literature; (2) the contractor?s business size and socioeconomic status; and (3) the contractor?s commercial warranty on the product and application. This synopsis is for in formation and planning purposes only, and it does not constitute a solicitation and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement or incurred for participation will not be reimbursed. All information marked as proprietary information will be safeguarded to prevent disclosures to non-government personnel and entities. Your interest in this response is appreciated.
