- Supervisor of Shipbuilding, C&R, USN intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR 13.302 to ITT Standard, 175 Standard Parkway, Cheektowaga, NY 14227 for the following item: Item 0001: SPY-1D Cooling System Tube Bundle Backfit Kit, P/N: 5-199-13-003-001, Qty: 1 Each. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed acquisition is being processed utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures on an other than full and open competitive basis. It is anticipated that award will take place on or before 18 Aug 2003.
