- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested. Solicitation number N62786-03-T-0003 applies. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 421710 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SUPSHIP Bath has a requirement to procure the following items: All it ems must be in complaince with SAE AMS 5664D. Item 0001: Nut, Flexnut (Silverplated), INCONEL 718, 180KSI, Size 3/8-16 (4,672 each); Item 0002: Bolt, INCONEL 718, 180KSI, Size 3/8-16 x 2" Length (3,367 each); Item 0003: Bolt, INCONEL 718, 180KSI, Size 3/8-16 x 2 1/2" Length (1,305 each); Item 0004: Washer, INCONEL 718, 180KSI, Size 1/4" Thick; 3/8" ID, 1" OD (9,244 each); Item 0005: Bolt, INCONEL 718, 180KSI, 1/2-13 x 2" Length (100 each); Item 0006: Nut, Flexnut (Silverplated), INCONEL 718, 180KSI, Size 1/2-13 (100 each); Item 0007: Washer, INCONEL 718, 180KSI, 1/8" Thick, 1/2" ID (100 each). Quote should include estimate for delivery after receipt of order. Acceptance at Destination. Vendor must provide Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, DUNS Number and Taxpayer ID Number as part of quote. To be eligible for award, vendor must be properly registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. Following provisions and clauses are applicable and are hereby incorporated into the solicitation by reference.
