- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) Solicitation number N00104-02-Q-Q647 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. (iv) NAVICP intends to procure on a sole source basis, Meta Integration Repository (MIR) and Meta Integration Works (MIW) for up to 5 concurrent users, and Annual support and maintenance from Meta Integration for the Military Sealift Command, Washington Navy Yard, DC. (v) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (AUG 1998), applies to this acquisition. (vi) A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. ( vii) DRARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (MAR 1998), is incorporated by reference. (viii) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (APR 1998), applies to this acquisition. (ix) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (JAN 1999), applies to this acquisition. (x) All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation for consideration. (xi) All bids, proposals or quotations may be faxed to NAVICP Code 0272.12 at (717) 605-4600.
