- 13 April 2026 RFP Amendment 0001 Amendment 0001 for solicitation FA251826RP002 and the Final RFP Questions and Answers have been posted to the ""Attachment/Links"" section in SAM.gov. Official amendment files, which are the clean and final versions, contain ""0001"" in the title. Reference documents, which show the tracked changes made to the originals, contain ""Reference"" in the title. Important Note on Document Locations All solicitation amendments will be posted under the primary notice, FA251826RP002. However, due to file size constraints, the official Bidder's Library is maintained under its original related notice, COSMOS RFI 1. The solicitation posting FA251826RP002 has COSMOS RFI 1 identified as a related notice. Offerors must obtain access to both SAM.gov postings to ensure they have all necessary documentation.
