Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece; and the intended discharging ports/places are Diego Garcia and Salalah, Oman. The laydays commence 18 July and cancel 19 July 2025, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as �Unrestricted� is based on the Contracting Officer�s knowledge of the market and applicable market research. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The MSC Deputy Director of Small Business Programs has concurred with this decision.
