The previous contract was awarded to MOTC Louisville, LLC. dba Transcend Orthotics and Prosthetics (now Hanger Clinics) on October 01, 2020, with an expiration date of September 30, 2025 in the amount of $1,271,750.00. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continuously monitor this site,throughout the duration of the solicitation, for possible updates and/or changes to the requirement.
