Description

Please see attached Statement of Work for details. Email christopher.barrow@fema.dhs.gov with questions regarding this requirement. The proposals will be evaluated based on lowest priced technically acceptable. The Overhead door failed due to age and was found that several parts were broken, worn and needed to be replaced. Contractor will remove solid steel shaft, Springs and bearings and lower panel on a commercial overheat garage door and replace them with OEM or equivalent. In addition, make all necessary adjustments. Contractor will be allowed to enter the building for 1 day to complete the replacement of the door parts. Additional time will be provided if additional parts need replacement. Contractor will do a thorough cleaning of the area, haul-off their trash, old and new excess materials dispose of properly per local, state, and federal regulations.
