Description

This is the Pre-solicitation announcement. The solicitation will be issued on or about the date stated below and will be posted via the same site. This acquisition is being solicited under Request for Proposals (RFP) W912C325RA007 as 100% 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5 Million. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for Generator Maintenance Services at Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico. All responsible firms are invited to submit quotes under the subsequent solicitation. The solicitation W912C325RA007 will be available on or about 7 July 2025 with a closing date of on or about 7 August 2025 (see solicitation for specific dates) posted via sam.gov. For information on how to register your company in SAM, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the SAM Vendor Guide located on the SAM web site home page. All interested vendors are require to have an active account in SAM.gov. NO PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE FURNISHED. A SOLICITATION MAILING LIST WILL NOT BE MAINTAINED FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. Vendors are responsible for keeping track of the information posted for the solicitation and any amendment issued via SAM.gov. Any Amendments issued shall be signed and submitted with the quote. Failure to submit Amendments with your quote may render your quote not eligible for consideration for award.
