Description

Water Safety Management Program for the Robley Rex VA Medical Center. Request for Quote IAW FAR 13.5, set aside 100% for SDVOSB. This RFQ will result in a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with a period of performance of 07/01/2025 through 06/30/2030. The BPA will consis of 5 (five) one-year ordering periods which will allow for price escalation each year. QUESTIONS ARE DUE BY 1:00 PM CT ON 05/28/2025. QUOTES ARE DUE BY 1:00 PM CT ON 06/04/2025. AMENDMENT 0001 is to provide answers to questions asked, extend the solicitation, and change the signatory contracting officer from Shawn Hendricks to Roxie Keese. Questions and answers are contained herein. Site visits are offered and may be scheduled on Wednesday or Friday mornings by contacting David OBrien at David.OBrien3@va.gov or 502-287-4000 Ext. 56095. QUESTIONS ARE DUE BY 10:00 AM CT on 06/17/2025. QUOTES ARE DUE BY 4:00 PM CT ON 06/19/2025. AMENDMENT 0002 is to provide notice of a site visit offered on Friday, June 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. Mr. OBrien shall meet prospective quoters at the West Entrance of the Main Hospital (Building 1) located at 800 Zorn Ave., Louisville, KY 40206.
