- THIS SOLICITATION IS AMENDMENDED TO EXTEND THE BID DUE DATE BY 7 DAYS, TO 3:00 PM CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME 12 JUN 25 AND UPDATE THE WAGE DETERMINATION TO GENERAL DECISION NUMBER: WI20250001 05/23/2025. SEE THE SF 30 ATTACHED. The Wisconsin Air National Guard is issuing an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for non-personal construction services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for Project HTUV189001 - Live Fire Indoor Small Arms Range to demolish the existing partially contained outdoor range and construct an indoor range as shown in the drawings and specifications herein. This project scope includes associated civil improvements and contaminated soil handling to support the building site following demolition of the outdoor range. The facility includes a new indoor 10-lane range with all associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing requirements for a fully functional ANG ETL compliant weapons qualification facility. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: ALL REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFIs) SHALL BE ADDRESSED VIA EMAIL TO Dave Best, david.m.best.civ@army.mil and Lisa Burns, lisa.m.burns40.civ@army.mil. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible lowest bidder. See W50S9G25BA010 Solicitation document for pre-bid conference/site visit to be held at General Mitchell Air National Guard Base, Milwaukee, WI. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and access requirements as provided in the solicitation. A site visit will immediately follow the pre-bid conference. Please pay special attention to Sections: Section 00 21 00 (Instructions to Offerors) and Section 00 45 00 (Representations and Certifications). In accordance with FAR Clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee, a bid bond is required with the bid. Failure to submit an offer on all items shall result in rejection of the bid.
