CAHA - Replace 4 septic systems at Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Buxton, NC This project will replace the septic systems at Cape Hatteras Housing units 326, 390, 391 and the septic tank and drain field for the Double Keepers Quarters (DKQ) in Buxton, NC. Period of Performance: 8/1/2025 to 12/1/2025 This acquisition is a 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction $45M FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of construction is estimated: (c) Between $100,000 and $250,000. Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed Price Construction.
