Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Louisiana City: Baton Rouge Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of S. Acadian Thruway and Clayout Rd., continue in an easterly direction on Claycut Rd. until the intersection of Claycut Rd. and Jefferson Hwy. Eastern Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Claycut Rd. and Jefferson Hwy, continue in an southernly direction on Jefferson Hwy until the intersection of Jefferson Hwy and Essen Ln. Continue in a southernly direction on Essen Ln, until the intersection of Essen Ln and Perkins Rd. Southern Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Perkins Rd. and Essen Ln, continue in a westerly direction on Perkins Rd, until the intersection of Perkins Rd and S. Acadian Thruway. Western Boundary: Beginning at the intersection of Perkins Rd. and S. Acadian Thruway continue in a northerly direction on S. Acadian Thruway ending at the intersection of S. Acadian Thruway and Claycut Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 710 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 710 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface/Reserved): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured/Reserved): 1 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 0 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: *24/7 HVAC for the Server Room. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced 10/2023 lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
