Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a Design-Build Construction project at Pocatello Regional Airport (PIH) in Pocatello, ID. The preexisting BOA has pre-approved vendors who will bid on this opportunity. The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA�s decision to contract via the BOA. All questions pertaining to this announcement must be addressed in writing to Contracting Officer Sam Culberth at Sam.G.Culberth@faa.gov. Phone solicitation/questions will not be accepted.
