Description

This is a resolicit of 191D8025Q0001 with the updated scope of service. Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for perform preventive maintenance services of the facility�s Potable Water Treatment System. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in the solicitation. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing in English. Closing date for question submission will be on June 2, 2025 at 16:00 hrs. (local time). Closing date for quotation submission will be on June 30, 2025 at 16:00 hrs. (local time). Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may result in the offeror�s proposal being considered non-responsive and no further consideration will be given.
