- The requirement to meet the agency�s needs is to provide repair of three Critical Building Chillers and the replacement of Safety Valves at those Critical Building Chillers located at the main chiller pad area 320. In addition to the necessary repair work, replacing the safety valves is one of the mandatory measures to maintain the operational and usable capability of the devices. The estimated value for the entire period of performance is $28,500 USD. The replacement cost of one building chiller would be more than $190,000 USD.
