THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST ASSIGNED TO THIS SOLICITATION IS CHANGED FROM SUNTOK MCGUINNESS TO LISA IP (Lisa.I.Ip@usace.army.mil) WHERE FUTURE INQUIRIES OR CORRESPONDENCES CAN BE TRANSMITTED. MARY FRONK AS CONTRACTING OFFICER REMAIN UNCHANGED. --------- Amendment 0002 - A) INCORPORATE THE GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE TO TWO SETS OF RFIS (REQUEST FOR INFORMATION) THAT WERE RECEIVED B) CORRECT THE TITLE OF THE DREDGING PLAN AND EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE FROM ""RICHMOND INNER HARBOR DREDGING PROJECT"" TO READ ""SAN JOAQUIN/PORT OF STOCKTON DWSC FY 25 MAINTENANCE DREDGING PROJECT"" C) DELETE FAR 52.246-21 WARRANTY OF CONSTRUCTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001 - Updated Pricing (Bid) Schedule ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the San Joaquin/Port of Stockton River DWSC to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth, except the Sediment Trap, which shall be dredged to -38.5-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over depth. All dredge material is suitable for the upland sites shown on plan sheets. Dredge material may be suitable for beneficial reuses at Contractor furnished sites in accordance with the permit requirements of the specific reuse sites and per the requirements in specification Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK.
