Notice Type: Sources Sought Title: ELECTRONIC SUPPORT MEASURES (ESM) DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING (DSP) and SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Notice ID: N00173-25-SSN-DH02 Response Date: In accordance with the due date determination listed via SAM Interested Vendors List: Yes Original/Update Set Aside: N/A NAICS: 541715 - Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) Place of Performance: TBD DESCRIPTION: The Naval Research Laboratory is searching for potential sources that are capable of meeting the requirements described below for ESM DSP & Software Development Services: The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform research for the ESM Branch in the following areas: RF Analog-to-Digital Conversion (ADC) Hardware Integration Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Software Development Electronic Support (ES) Software Development Software Validation and Verification Configuration Management and Control The intent of this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is to: Determine if an adequate number of qualified, interested contractors capable of meeting the specifications described above exist; and Determine if the contractor can meet the requirements in the Draft SOW. NRL asks that the interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) with associated contact information Business Size/Socioeconomic Category for the identified NAICS Unique Entity ID and/or CAGE Code List of capabilities/resources relevant to the attached draft SOW Prior experience of similar scope/complexity of taskings in the attached draft SOW A list of job titles and qualifications suggested for this effort Any questions/suggestions related to this procurement Responses should be no more than 10 pages, and should be emailed to the Contract Specialist at Deirdre.L.Hughes.civ@us.navy.mil. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This is a SSN for planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Since this is a SSN, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. The Government is not committed to awarding a contract or issuing a solicitation pursuant to this announcement. No solicitation package is available at this time.
