Description

Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm fixed price, supply contract to purchase the brand name part of the The Parvus Corporation Ruggedized Computer Processing Subsystem, Part number C8043-2D0-114, in accordance with drawing 13600792. A drawing will be provided upon request with the solicitation. The contract will be a one time procurement. The procurement will be unrestricted. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334111 - Electronic Computer Manufacturing the size standard is 1,250 employees and the product code/service code 7490 is Miscellaneous Office Machines. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-25-Q-0020 will be released on or about 13 March 2025 ,with a closing date on or about 23 March 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov on or about 13 March 2025. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
