Description

February 24, 2025 � Amendment 0001 of the Hiram King Structural House Repairs solicitation is attached. The purpose of the amendment is to respond to RFIs and add attachments J07 and J08. This amendment does not change the solicitation response date : 02/26/25, 5:00 PM ET. The following documents were added to the list of attachments: Sol_12445225Q0006_Amd_0001 J07 - HearthTech Dec 23 Inspection Report J08 - Pre-Bid Site Visit - Attendance Sheet Project Name: Hiram King Structural House Repairs - Cradle of Forestry Period of Performance: The work shall be completed within120 days after receiving the Notice To Proceed, IAW FAR 52.211-10. Project Location: Cradle of Forestry In America, 11250 Pisgah Highway, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768 Site Visit: The site visit is scheduled for 02/04/25, at 11:00 am ET, and it will take place at the Cradle of Forestry In America: 11250 Pisgah Highway, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768. Requests for Information (RFIs): RFI's are due on 02/12/25 at 1:00 PM ET. An amendment with responses to the RFI's will be sent after the due date. Acknowledgment of Amendments (if any): This can be accomplished by completing section 19 on the SF-1442 or by submitting the signed SF-30(s) from sam.gov with your price proposal. Submission Instructions: Quotes shall be emailed to Juan.Rovira@usda.gov by 02/26/25 at 5:00 pm ET. Any quotes received after that time-frame will not be considered.
