- AMD 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to: (a) add the Priority Rating in Block 1 of the SF33; (b) incorporate FAR 52.211-15 (Defense Priority and Allocation Requirements), FAR 52.211-14 (Notice of Priority Rating for National Defense Use), and CDRL A00A (NSS CIS - Mobilization Plan, Schedule and Organizational Chart); (c) respond to questions; and (d) update the PWS as detailed in Attachment L-5. As a result, Sections A, I, J, L and M have been updated.
