- Elevator maintenance services including annual and semi-annual inspections and maintenance in accordance with the statement of work.� Equipment Data Manufacturer: Schindler Model: 330A Hydraulic Elevator Drive Mechanism: Hydraulic Single Jack Holeless Power: Three Phase, 35kVA Pump and Motor: Type E: Submersible Technical Tasks The contractor will be responsible to provide all supervision, labor, equipment and materials to accomplish the following maintenance tasks in accordance with the manufacturer�s recommendations and all applicable New Jersey State regulations.
