- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: �The NAICS Code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Arnold Machinery Company.� The contract action is for paver repair services for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. �However, all responses received electronically by10:00 AM PST, 25 September 2024 will be considered by the Government. �A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. �Please send responses to SSgt Nathan Doebler at nathan.doebler@us.af.mil no later than 25 September 2024, 10:00 AM Pacific Time. � Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads �F3GHBA4261A001 Paver Repair Service� Note that e-mail filters at Nellis AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files). �Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. �Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Nellis AFB. �If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, docx, xls, or .xsls documents are sent. �The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
