- This is a 5-year requirements contract for M10 Booker Non-Provisioned�Spares in Support of Initial Fielding, to be fulfilled through a combination�of Authorized Stockage List (ASL), Spares Acquisition Integrated with�Production (SAIP), Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE), and Test,�Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) for Booker Vehicles. This contract is awarded on a sole source basis to GDLS under 10 U.S.C�3204(a)(1), as implemented under FAR 6.302-1, �Only one responsible�source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency�requirements,� specifically, FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), �Unacceptable delays�in fulfilling the agency�s requirements.�
