- Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to sole source a contract for the commercial purchase for Airfield Planning and Design Criteria from Crawford, Murphy, and Tilly, Inc., a large business under the applicable NAICS. The contract term will be for one year.� Only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements.� This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Kimberly Hall at kimberly.a.hall124.civ@us.navy.mil. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.� If no written responses are received by 1400 EDT, 30 August 2024, the contract will be awarded without further notice.� The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, and the SBA size standard is $15.0 million.� This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals.� Please contact Kimberly Hall at the aforementioned email address if more information is needed.
