- The US Forest Service, White Mountain National Forest has requirement for a bridge replacement �on the Saco Ranger District in Albany, New Hampshire.� This requirement is being solicited under Part 14 � Sealed Bidding, in conjunction with FAR Part 36, �with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 14. Notice to Potential Offerors: NOTE 1: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam/gov/ before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database may cause your firm to be ineligible for the award and removed from consideration.
