- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this sources sought is to grain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification in relation to NAICS 314999. Responses to the sources sought notice will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought notice, an RFQ may be published on Contracting Opportunities at www.sam.gov. Responses to this sources sought shall not be considered a solicitation. All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought.� The New Hampshire Army National Guard has a need for four (4) Howitzer Artillery Protective Covers and sixteen (16) HIMAR Protective Covers. � Responses to this sources sought are due no later than 5:00PM EST on 27 June 2024. �Please email all responses to corey.d.caza.mil@army.mil by the due date and time. In responding to this sources sought, interested potential parties shall include: A brief description of how your organization intends to complete the work A description of the labor categories you intend to use and a rough estimate for ��the number of hours each category needs to complete the work A preliminary cost estimate An indication of your business size status and any socio-economic categories you are currently registered under Your cage code Your unique entity ID A NAICS code that is more preferable to the requirement� Telephone responses will not be accepted.� Interested parties shall also submit their responses to the Government no later than the reponce date.� This notice is to assist in determining the availability of capable sources via the commercial industry only.� A solicitation is not currently available.� If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced at a later date and all interested parties shall respond to that solicitation announcement separately from this sources sought.
