- *NOTICE:�The Government anticipates a competitive solicitation for the Dynamic Automated Resource Tracking (DART) project to be issued on GSA eBuy in the near future.� Interested vendors are encouraged to view and submit feedback on the DRAFT RFQ currently posted on GSA eBuy! Under RFQ ID: RFQ1641416 RFQ Title: DART Draft RFQ.� The USDA Forest Service, on behalf of the interagency wildland fire community, wishes to conduct a Request for Information that will serve as market research around tracking wildland fire resources (personnel and assets).� The Forest Service wants to ensure the right strategies, industry participants, and processes are established to conduct an efficient, robust competition.
