- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ICE intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. �(ii) Solicitation number 70CTD023R00000012 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). �(iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03, effective February 16, 2021. �(iv) This requirement is solicited as a sole source request for proposal. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 and the small business size standard is $30.0M. �(v) The Purchase Order will include the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) listed on the attached Standard Form 1449 (SF1449). �(vi) ICE requires contractor support to provide perform Agile software development for Solution Integration and Tier 3 Helpdesk support for the electronic Medication and Administration Records (eMAR) and pharmacy applications, subsystems, web services, and optional system enhancements. Contractor Tier 3 support shall include an eHR resource that has subject matter expertise with the configuration of correctional process flows from the vendor�s ancillary applications and system administration of its applications. Support shall include assisting ICE Government and technical support contract employees with the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the eHR.� The Statement of Work attached further details the requirement.
