Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0077 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 and DFARS change notice 6/9/2023. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 333415 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. This requirement is for an Ice Machine as stated below in Attachment 1 - SOW, Attachment 2 - Salient Characteristics, and Attachment 3 - Layout, Attachment 4 - Picures of Updated Electrical Panel, and Attachment 5 - Additional Pictures and Layout. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your responses IAW with Solicitation RFQ to: Edward Lerma (Primary Contact) at edward.lerma@us.af.mil no later than10:00 A.M. CST, 18 July 2023 - Tuesday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely.
