- The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for the Purchase of a Plasma Cutter with Table at Eglin AFB, FL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 � Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to remove the Secondary POC and update the solicitation document.�
