- PROJECT NUMBER:� CA ERFO NP SEKI 2021-1(1) PROJECT NAME: �Generals Highway Wall Repairs PROJECT DESCRIPTION:� This project includes emergency repairs to multiple sites on Generals Highway and Mineral King Road within Sequoia and King�s Canyon National Park from 2021 wildfires. The wildfires burned off wall facing, burned guardrail, caused burned trees to fall on/damage guardrail, and eroded embankment at a curb location. SCOPE OF THE WORK:� The primary scope of work is reinforced shotcrete facing of 8 Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) walls, curb repairs at one location, and various guardrail repairs. Guardrail repairs include removal of damaged rail/blocks/posts, replacement of rail/blocks/posts, and installation of new guardrail and terminals. PRINCIPAL WORK ITEMS: 56603-0000 Reinforced Shotcrete: 2,210 SQYD (includes coloring) 60101-0000 Concrete: 45 CUYD (concrete footing for shotcrete facing) 61702-1500 Terminal Section, Type MGS Tangent: 5 EACH 63501-0000 Temporary Traffic Control: LPSM ESTIMATED COST RANGE:�� Schedule A estimated total cost is $700,000 - $2,000,000. �This is a total small business set-aside.
