- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20) is seeking to award one or more five-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for IVUS Catheters and Systems for the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC). The WSNC is comprised of Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISN�s) 17, 19, 20, 21, and 22. VISN 17: Texas, Eastern New Mexico. VISN 19: Montana, Wyoming, Eastern Idaho, Eastern Nevada, Utah and Colorado. VISN 20: Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska.
