- Description
- The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) solicits quotes from FEDLINK vendors for a subscription-based online service of scientific papers and standards in full text format that are not available for free on the internet in accordance with Section C � Statement of Work of the attached RFQ 9531BM22Q0012.� The NTSB anticipates awarding at least one fixed-price task order off a vendor�s FEDLINK electronic resources IDIQ contract. Only quoters with FEDLINK contracts will be considered for award.� The NTSB reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is determined to be in the Government�s best interest. The anticipated period of performance includes one (1) base year plus four (4) option years, for a total performance of up to five (5) years. Please see Sections L & M of the attached solicitation for Instructions to Quoters and Evaluation Factors for Award. Written questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted by 4:00pm Eastern time on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 via e-mail to P. Matt Hazlinsky, Contracting Officer, at matt.hazlinsky@ntsb.gov.� Answers to all questions will be provided through an amendment to the RFQ.�
