- Description
- The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract on an all or none basis, to the�offeror that meets all the terms and conditions of this Solicitation to perform Upgrade Building 51002 for Mailroom located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 06/10/2022. The Wage Determination is�included in this Solicitation. Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 below, will not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the work�being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided within 10 calendar days of award. Bid Guarantee required see FAR Clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee. Proposals are due 08 August 2022, 4:00 p.m. AZ time
