Description

This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. The General Services Administration (GSA) Facilities Management and Services Programs (FMSP) Division in the Office of Facilities Management intends to award a modification for the Regional Operations Center (ROC). The Government intends to increase the scope of work for �contract�number 47PM1119F0118 to include the GSA National Capital Region Central Office Building located at 1800 F Street, NW, Washington, D.C.� This�sole source modification will require the continuation of services for ongoing building automation that allows for high level monitoring, supervision, and building system control from a centralized location. This proposed contract action is made under the terms of the existing contract that was previously synopsized in sufficient detail to with respect to the current proposed contract action. This anticipated award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency within 15 days (if commercial items the time line can be shortened) calendar days after the publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete as�result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The projected award date is September 2020. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged.
