- In response to an RFI question. 1. NAVFAC SW procured power through FY10 at the following estimated blended commodity rates: FY08 - $70.55; FY09 - $72.78, and FY10 - $72.78 per MWH. An additional charges by UDC, ESP, CAISO are estimated at the following rates: FY08 -$49.70; FY09 - $40.13, and FY10 - $52.55 2. NAVFAC SW does not intend to set aside any land for this solicitation.
