- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase software licenses and annual maintenance, and intends to award a contract to TechExcel for the following: TechExcel Service Wise Regular License (quantity 35; product); New Maintenance: TechExcel ServiceWise Regular License, quantity 35; TechExcel ServiceWise LDAP, quantity 1; TechExcel ServiceWise Microsoft SMS Integration Module, quantity 1; TechExcel ServiceWise Regular Lice nse, quantity 90; TechExcel ServiceWise: ServiceWise Base Package, quantity 1; TechExcel ServiceWise: AssetWise (standard edition), quantity 1. TechExcel is the sole source for this software because they are the manufacturer, and they do not have outside d istributers. This notice closes 14 March 2008, and all responses must be received by 10:00 am PST. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
