Description

This is an amendment to change closing date from December 27, 2001 to December 31, 2001. This proposed combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested under Request for Quotes (RFQ) 02ERQQ0034. The RFQ contains a description of the service/product, quantity, delivery, and applicable clauses. All vendors who can meet this requirement, and have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), are invited to submit a quote by fax to the attention of Gail D. Walker (703) 648-7901. A written solicitation will either be faxed to you or FED EX upon request by e-mail(gwalker@usgs.gov) include company's name and fax number. This is a small business set aside. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE MADE UNDER THE TEST PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ITEMS, FAR PART 13.5. NAICS code for this acquisition is 541370. Quotes are due by (4:15 PM EST.) (DECEMBER 31, 2001). The provisions at 1452.212-05 DEV, 52.212-04 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items as they appear in the RFQ apply to this acquisition. Numbered Notes 1 apply.
