Description

Maintenance Agreement covers Documentum Software Packages -- Maintenance includes updates/upgrades and technical suppo rt for Documentum software. Period of Performance on this contract will be 1 January 2002 through 31 December 2002. The p roposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negbotiate with only one source und er the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Documentum Inc., 6801 Koll Center Parkway, Pleasanton, CA 94566. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quote s. However, all responses received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Gover nment not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Gove rnment based on the Government's needs and requirements.
