F.O.B. Destination with deliveries of 45 each going to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, 125 each going to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000 and 35 each going to Tracy, CA 95376-5000. This item is restricted to Kelly MFG Co., 555 S. Topeka St., Wichita, KS 67202. The data needed to procure this part competitivel y is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specification or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
