Description

The Government intends to award a contract to Avion, Inc., Chesterfield, MO for 1 each upgrade of the Blade Static Balance Fixture System (BSBF) to the Universal Static Balance Fixture System (USBF) to include Delivery, Set-up and training. Avion is the s ole designer, developer and manufacturer of this item. The authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. There is no technical data package for this requirement. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to res pond to the requirement NLT 1500, 8 JAN 2002.
