Description
The Comanche Program, under the Multi-Sensor Utilization and Integration for Targeting Enhancement (M-SUITE), for the Forward Looking Infrared Radar(FLIR) sensor fusion, needs to achieve Aided/Auto Target Recognition during high speed wide area search, bot h on the move and from a hover, against stationary moving targets. The surrogate FLIR system currently used for the M-SUITE development requires software and hardware upgrades to implement the current Comanche automated Scene Assisted Non-Uniformity Corre ction (SANUC) techniques. The upgrade to the system is required to test the maturity of the current Comanche SANUC implementation, and support additional M-SUITE and Air-land Enhanced Reconnaissance and Targeting (ALERT) data collection efforts. Numbered Note: 22
