HISTORIC PROPERTY REFERENCE ADDED -- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 7,150 useable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Bismarck, North Dakota. The Government also requires a minimum of three on-site, reserved parking spaces. HISTORIC PROPERTIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO RESPOND. Offered properties must be located in the Central Business District of Bismarck, North Dakota within the following delineated areas: WEST: North Washington Street, SOUTH: Highway 810, NORTH: East Century Boulevard, EAST: North 26th Street. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 30, 2002. A term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years. Additionally, offeror must provide a one-time 5 year option if the Government remains for entire 10 years.
