To be held Thursday November 29, 2001 from 6:30 p.m. -- 9:30 p.m. at George Mason University's Procurement Technical Assistance Program, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. Cost is $45.00, and will be presented by Robert Flowers of RGF Consulting Corporation. This seminar will give an overview of the cost proposal process. Topics for discussion include the birth of solicitations, rules and regulations, defective pricing, the uniform contract format, contract methods, the use of basic cost spreadsheets and logical proposal steps.
