Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation intends to procure, through Simplified Acquisition Method (commercial items FAR 13.5), on an other than full and open competition basis, for financial information, including market news, financial data, and research. Term of this order shall be from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, with three (3) one-year option periods. This requirement is sole sourced to Bloomberg Financial Services, 499 Park Avenue, 15th Floor, New York, NY, 10022 for all-inclusive financial information. Note 22 pertains.
