Description

Contractor will provide pharmaceutical benefits management products and services to VA beneficiaries in VISN 8. Contractor must have a minimum of one licensed pharmacy accepting its plan within approximately 10 miles from each Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in the cities specified in the solicitation within VISN 8. Contract will be awarded for a period of one year from date of award with the government having the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one year periods. Solicitation will be prepared as a commercial item procurement in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, 13.5 and 15. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) 446110 applies. Hard copy solicitations will not be made available. Contractor may obtain a copy of the solicitation at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Electronic offers will not be accepted. All offers must be returned to the address located in Block 15 of Standard Form 1449. Offers are due January 16, 2002 @2:00pm.
