Description

Provide all plant, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, resources, and management necessary to provide mortuary services on an as-needed basis for 45 counties in Upstate NY and the States of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Is land, and Connecticut for the period of 1 Feb 2002 through 31 Jan 2003, to include four, one year option renewal periods. Quote issuance will be O/A 3 Dec 01. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS is 81221 with a size standard of $5,000,000. The area of operation for this service is limited to 50 miles from the cantonment area of Fort Drum, NY. All responsible sources within the 50-mile boundary may submit a quote which will be considered. No bidder mailing list (BM L) will be maintained.
